The beautiful sea and the hotel on the sandy beach – Family Griffith welcomes you as new owners, since february 2023

We would like to welcome you to our website and to our small boutique hotel direct on the natural beach Sahlenburg, in the middle of one of the most beautiful tourist regions in Germany. You will be amazed at what Sahlenburg (a town within the boundaries of Cuxhaven) has to offer – direct on the beautiful natural beach of the UNESCO World Nature Site The North Sea tidal shallows, the “Wernerwald”, a pine forest in the sand above the beach, the Finkenmoor – a moor in the middle of the forest – and numerous restaurants for you to spend your evenings. The combination of pine forest, sand marshes, natural dunes, tidal shallows and moor is unique on the North Sea.

We are small family run boutique hotel offering accommodation and breakfast with view of the North Sea.  We do our best to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable, personal, and enjoyable as possible. Should you have special wishes, needs or allergies please contact us in advance so we can prepare for your stay. The hotel is managed by our family members: Lee and Marei Griffith; Kirsten and Jason Griffith-Parsons and with the help of our children/grandchildren Brynden and Tobin.
