Other information:
- Children should be able to sleep in their own bed/ room, since only two of our rooms have an extra third bed. Please contact us directly for this option.
- Beachhotel Sahlenburg is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel, this includes the balconies and roof terrace.. Disregard of this regulation may be met with a 200 € fine for extra cleaning costs.
- Pets are not permitted in our hotel rooms.
- There is a hotel elevator, but unfortunately the rooms are not wheelchair friendly.
- The hotel is on the traffic reduced street “Am Sahlenburger Strand”. Guests arriving by car can reach us by following the street “Muschelgrund”
- The number of available parking spaces for cars is limited. A parking space at the hotel can be booked for 8€ per day in advance. The parking spaces are not bookable online. Please contact us for availability: post@beachhotel-cuxhaven.de
- Further parking spaces are available at the Hans Retzlaff Strasse parking lot. The parking lot is approximately 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There are a limited number of cost-free parking spaces on the street. These are signed accordingly.
- Reception and Arrivals and Departures
- The reception is open from 8 AM until 6 PM. (08:00 to 18:00) Should you be unable to arrive during this time please contact us.
- Your room is ready for you on your arrival day from 3 PM (15:00) on. Should you arrive earlier we will gladly take care of your luggage.
- Departure from your room on your last day with us must occur before 10 AM. We will gladly take care of your luggage for you should you wish to leave Sahlenburg later.
- Cancellation policy: You can cancel 14 days prior to your arrival date without any charge.
